Responsibilities
- Unloading & Staging: Safely unload delivery trucks and organize stock in the receiving area before the store opens.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, arrange products neatly, and ensure all displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Inventory Accuracy: Check incoming inventory against packing slips to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Price Integrity: Monitor prices and apply price changes (stickers or tags) to maintain accurate pricing on the sales floor.
- Store Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties in the backroom and sales floor, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in locating products and provide exceptional service during your shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for organization and accuracy in inventory and pricing tasks.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail stocking, warehouse work, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Basic English skills required to follow instructions and interact with team members.
