Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and displays in assigned department before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store preparation
- Maintain organized storage areas and follow FIFO inventory protocols
- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying product accuracy
- Uphold safety standards and report maintenance needs
- Support merchandising initiatives for seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Early morning availability (start times between 4-6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
