Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day dispatch
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and 5S standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle count processes
- Support cross-functional teams in meeting daily KPI targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
