Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in premium retail locations before store opening
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with overnight teams to optimize floor layouts and promotional displays
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Report maintenance issues and inventory discrepancies to management
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume retail or warehouse environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
