Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Process incoming shipments and accurately record inventory data
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with quality assurance checks
- Maintain organized storage areas following 5S methodology
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
