Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and display areas with accuracy and efficiency to ensure product availability.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts or audits as needed.
- Process incoming deliveries and unload merchandise safely.
- Ensure all pricing and signage are accurate and up to date.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Provide exceptional support to customers and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically including early morning shifts.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
