Responsibilities
- Stock Shelves Efficiently: Ensure all products are accurately shelved, facing forward, and organized according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, backroom, and storage areas clean, safe, and organized throughout your shift.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions and locating products when necessary.
- Merchandising: Implement promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are correctly positioned.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when counting and organizing inventory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Experience: Previous stocking or retail experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
