Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Display: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and pallets, ensuring products are facing forward and displays are appealing to customers.
- Inventory Control: Conduct accurate stock counts and maintain inventory records to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Early Morning Operations: Arrive on time to prepare the facility for the day, including setting up workstations and organizing stock rooms before the shift begins.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, backroom, and loading dock clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure all products meet quality standards before placement.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts, typically starting between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods while working.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
