Responsibilities
- Unloading & Processing: Safely unload delivery trucks and verify incoming inventory against packing slips.
- Stocking & Shelving: Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and racks according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in locating products and answering basic inquiries.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy during inventory checks and stocking tasks.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
