Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are facing forward and organized.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash to maintain a clean environment.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking delivery boxes in the back room.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages to the manager.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting shoppers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash or inventory counts.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
