Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using provided equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store readiness
- Adhere to safety protocols for equipment handling and workplace safety
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assist with deep cleaning and maintenance of stock areas
Qualifications
- Must be available for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic familiarity with inventory management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license not required (equipment provided)
- Previous retail or stocking experience a plus
