Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Process and price incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on products to meet brand standards
- Support floor resets and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
