Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise inventory in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain organized stockrooms
- Execute plan-o-grams to ensure proper product placement and signage
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Assist with floor resets and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
