Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Efficiently stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas during early morning shifts
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all stock areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (shifts typically 4 AM - 1 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
