Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs on designated routes while maintaining control and comfort
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (water, treats, waste cleanup) during walks
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting any concerns to management
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication
- Maintain accurate walk logs and schedule adherence
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine skills
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Physical ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if transporting pets)
- Passionate about animal welfare and responsible pet care
- Ability to work independently while following company protocols
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
