Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs (1-4 per group) in designated Nashville neighborhoods
- Monitor pets' behavior and health during outings
- Maintain detailed digital logs for each walk
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Clean and maintain equipment (leashes, waste bags, water bowls)
- Attend monthly training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong physical stamina and ability to walk 3+ miles daily
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Passion for animal welfare and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logging walks
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
