Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs at a time (1-4 dogs per group) in designated Lubbock neighborhoods
- Monitor pet behavior and ensure their comfort/well-being during walks
- Clean up after pets responsibly and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Provide accurate walk reports and pet updates to owners via our mobile app
- Adhere to scheduled routes and maintain punctuality for all appointments
- Build trust and rapport with both pets and their owners
- Attend optional monthly training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid Texas ID
- Reliable transportation to/from walking locations
- Physical ability to walk 2-3 miles daily in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- No experience required - we provide full training!
- Must pass background check and pet handling assessment
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and/or weekends
