Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated Richmond neighborhoods and parks
- Provide basic care including feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup
- Monitor pets' health and behavior during walks
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via app updates
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Represent Pawsome Pals with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Must love dogs and have basic understanding of animal behavior
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Available to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends
- Willing to complete free pet first-aid training
