As a Dog Walker, you will have the opportunity to spend your days outdoors, exercising pets, and building lasting bonds with animals. We provide all the tools you need to succeed and offer a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and Exercise: Safely walk dogs of various sizes and breeds on scheduled routes to ensure physical and mental stimulation.
- Communication: Provide real-time updates and photos to pet parents via text or our app after every walk.
- Feeding & Hygiene: Provide fresh water and food according to individual dietary requirements and clean up waste immediately.
- Observation: Monitor the health and behavior of dogs during walks and report any concerns to our management team.
- Safety First: Adhere to all leash laws and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for pets and the community.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience with dogs is preferred, but a genuine love for animals is essential.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent schedule.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to walk 2-5 miles per day and handle dogs of various sizes.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
