Responsibilities
- Perform daily dog walks and exercise sessions tailored to each pet's energy level and breed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets during scheduled visits, monitoring for any signs of distress.
- Collect and dispose of waste in a timely and hygienic manner.
- Administer medication or special feeding instructions as directed by pet parents.
- Maintain accurate logs of visits and report any behavioral issues or health concerns immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pet sitting, dog walking, or animal care is highly preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior, body language, and basic first aid.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to strict schedules.
- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Passion for animals and a clean background check.
