Responsibilities
- Execute Safe Walks: Conduct daily walks for dogs of various breeds and sizes, ensuring they remain safe, healthy, and happy.
- Equipment Management: Utilize and maintain the high-quality equipment provided by the company (leashes, harnesses, waste bags, and uniforms).
- Client Communication: Provide timely, professional updates to pet owners via our mobile app regarding walk duration, behavior, and photos.
- Pet Observation: Monitor pets for any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes and report them immediately to management.
- Area Maintenance: Ensure the walking area is clean and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience with dog walking or pet sitting is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to commit to a consistent schedule.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to walk up to 3 miles per day and lift up to 50 lbs (for leashing or assisting dogs).
- Background: Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Licensing: Current certification in Pet First Aid and CPR is a strong plus.
