Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs of all breeds and sizes in residential and park areas
- Monitor pets for health/behavioral changes and document observations
- Administer medications and follow specific owner care protocols
- Clean up after pets during walks and maintain hygiene standards
- Transport pets to/from appointments using company vehicles
- Build trust with pets through consistent, positive interactions
- Communicate effectively with owners via app updates and photos
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to Henderson locations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Background check clearance required
