Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with long-term business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead research and development initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum Readiness to ensure we are future-proof.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and market forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities and threats for the 2026 horizon.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners to secure buy-in and resources.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product strategy team, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Work closely with finance and operations to manage budget and resources effectively for long-term strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in Product Management, Strategic Planning, or Operations within the Technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
