Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end integration strategy for quantum-enhanced machine learning models, ensuring seamless deployment across cloud infrastructure by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for integrating quantum algorithms into existing AI workflows.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers to prototype high-performance computing solutions.
- Identify market gaps and translate them into actionable technical requirements for R&D.
- Establish partnerships with leading quantum hardware providers and academic institutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy AI systems to next-generation quantum architectures.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
- Drive the creation of patents and proprietary algorithms that secure our market position.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in leadership or strategic roles.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement) and their application to ML.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with high-level programming languages such as Python, C++, and Q#.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate technical vision to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel for quarterly innovation summits and partner meetings.
