Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 product vision, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and product divisions to drive cross-functional innovation.
- Pilot Program Management: Spearhead the development and deployment of experimental prototypes for future technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry competitors and global tech shifts to ensure OmniStream remains ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource distribution for high-priority R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, and IoT.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining successful roadmaps for future product cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring rapid pivoting.
