Nexus Dynamics is pioneering the next generation of digital infrastructure. We are looking for a strategic visionary to define our technological trajectory for the pivotal year of 2026. As the Director of Future Tech Strategy (2026 Vision), you will be the architect of our roadmap, identifying emerging paradigms such as advanced AI, Quantum Decryption, and Spatial Computing to drive our market leadership.
This is not a standard management role. It is a high-level engineering and strategic position focused on the horizon. You will work at the intersection of business acumen and technical innovation to ensure Nexus Dynamics is prepared for the technological breakthroughs of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning R&D with business goals.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of high-risk, high-reward emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing).
- Identify competitive gaps and opportunities for disruption in the tech landscape leading up to 2026.
- Manage a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and product strategists.
- Publish quarterly insights on 2026 technology trends to internal stakeholders and industry partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience leading innovation initiatives and delivering complex products on time.
- Deep knowledge of current and projected future technologies relevant to 2026.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical executives.
