- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging trends (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Neuromorphic Computing) and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Operational Excellence: Establish governance frameworks for new technology deployment to ensure scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Problem Solver: Proven track record of navigating complex technical challenges and turning them into competitive advantages.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
