Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) for potential integration.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure scalability and resilience for future loads.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices to accelerate delivery timelines.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
