Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and immediate value delivery.
- Conduct regular health checks and strategy reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex concerns.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and webinars to maximize client utilization of our tools.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations (minimum 2 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends or evenings for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
