Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts in the New York area.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to understand client needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and implement process improvements.
- Track customer feedback and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to management.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume ticket queue, ensuring timely responses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required by business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
