Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, providing proactive support and guidance during evening hours.
- Resolve complex client issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate technical feedback and feature requests.
- Document all client interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Train junior staff and mentor new hires on evening support protocols.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on account health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
- Austin, TX local resident preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
