Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and technical support issues efficiently
- Document interactions using CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify upsell opportunities through needs analysis
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (part-time)
