Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 98% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing and technical issues using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities through proactive engagement
- Meet daily performance metrics for call resolution and CSAT
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Spanish bilingual certification a major plus
