Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and call scripts.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends.
