Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and drive process improvements
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation in Salesforce
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in weekly team huddles and quarterly training sessions
- Support seasonal campaigns during peak business hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting with 40+ WPM typing
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (16-32 hrs/week)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
