- Resolve technical issues and process orders using Salesforce CRM platform
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex product concerns
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in compliance with GDPR
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Contribute to monthly team performance reviews and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in SaaS or tech sector
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- Strong problem-solving with creative resolution focus
