Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, order discrepancies, and product-related concerns
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver seamless customer solutions
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
