Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries professionally and efficiently during evening hours.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds using our proprietary management system.
- Information Dissemination: Provide detailed product information, pricing, and policy explanations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software applications quickly.
