Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Resolve inquiries using CRM tools while maintaining service excellence standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows

- Represent company at community events and promotional activities
- Train on proprietary systems and industry best practices
- Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce database
Qualifications
