- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Train new customers on product features and best practices
- Analyze customer feedback trends to enhance service quality
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and company policies
- Support weekend and evening shifts as part of flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Available for 20-30 hours weekly with flexible shift options
