Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs for quantum adoption and AI-human integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing next-gen interfaces (neural, holographic, AR/VR)
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotechnology advancements
- Partner with governments on policy frameworks for space colonization and climate tech
- Deliver keynote insights at global forums on societal impact of exponential technologies
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding for breakthrough projects
- Mentor futurist fellows in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published author or thought leader in futurism/tech ethics (Harvard/MIT/CERN preferred)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Deep network with DARPA, NASA, and World Economic Forum innovation circles
- Fluency in at least two future-tech programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Portfolio of implemented future-vision projects with measurable impact
