Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Quantum Computing concepts into current infrastructure.
- Oversee a team of futurists, data scientists, and system architects to prototype next-gen solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies and regulatory shifts.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning infrastructure, and cloud-native architectures.
- Demonstrated success in forecasting technology trends and translating them into actionable roadmaps.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
