Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Process customer purchases accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Manage the return and exchange process according to company policy.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves when not at the register.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail sales is a plus.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
