Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves and displays according to planograms and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Operate inventory management systems and scanning equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Ensure product freshness and rotation (FIFO compliance)
- Assist with price marking and promotional setups
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to learn new processes and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail experience a plus but not required
