As an Early Morning Stocker, you play a crucial role in ensuring our store is ready for the day. You will be responsible for maintaining product availability, organizing displays, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Organization: Restock shelves and display areas promptly to ensure maximum product visibility and availability.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and perform accurate cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and organized, adhering to company visual standards.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in locating products and provide a friendly, helpful demeanor before the rush begins.
- Load/Unload: Safely unload deliveries and organize stock in the backroom or warehouse area.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure products are organized correctly and shelves are fully stocked.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
