Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with speed and accuracy to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and move merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with mobile devices.
