Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory management
- Operate pallet jacks and stockroom equipment safely
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Reliable transportation to Austin, TX location
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background check and drug screening
