Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with strict attention to accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with equipment inquiries.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to maintain a neat and inviting store appearance.
- Assist in the checkout process for equipment rentals and sales.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
