Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Engage customers with personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of brewing stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink menus and promotions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in daily operations opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and terminology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
