Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks to perfection
- Master latte art techniques and maintain consistent drink quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and stock rotation of coffee, syrups, and supplies
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
